Just Enterprise Learning and Development services have been designed to ensure third sector leadership is enhanced to increase business skills and competencies in the sector and support business development and sustainability.
Support is provided in three forms and is available to enterprising third sector organisations, social entrepreneurs and start-up social enterprises.

Business Development Workshops
Transformational leadership programmes are designed to help you as an effective leader able to grow your organisation into a successful and resilient social business. All of the programmes are tailored to meet specific learning objectives, giving you the time, space and input to explore your own strengths as leaders of social organisations.
Just Enterprise offers learning workshops linked to key themes identified as priority for the sector in Scotland. Current events include Financial Management Training, Tendering for Contracts, Social Impact Measurement and Social Enterprise Awareness Raising. Future programmes will include Enterprise Opportunities from Community Energy and Sustainable Assets for Sustainable Enterprises.
Business development workshops are available targeted at developing particular business skills. Specific courses include: sales, public relations, strategic business planning, marketing and costing and pricing.
A range of workshops are also provided to start-up social enterprises. These workshops include Introduction to Social Enterprise, Legal Structure for Social Enterprise, Cash flow planning, sales and marketing, Practising Your Pitch and Planning and Delivery.
